Inside-Outside Manager

The Inside-Outside Manager assists with the daily and weekly execution of all sales and credit processes, working closely with credit managers and assistant managers. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining credit policies, managing collections and working with customers to resolve overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and training credit and collections staff. The I/O also supports sales strategy and team coaching, stays current on market trends, and helps with delivery, operations, and general store needs as directed by the store manager, all in compliance with the Hometown Safety Program.
